There are several options for air filtration. The options range from HEPA (High Efficiency Particulate Air) filtration—which hospitals use because of the high level of air quality they produce, down to basic filters that need to be replaced.

Water filtration systems basically come in two types: Point of Use (POU) and Point of Entry (POE).

There are several options for Water filtration. Options range from basic (Filters) filtration,  Activated Carbon Filtration, Infrared Filters, Reverse Osmosis, Water Ionizer, UV filtration, Ozone Filtration just to name a couple.

Exposure to various components such as VOCs increases the likelihood of experiencing symptoms of sick building syndrome. Air purifiers are becoming increasingly capable of capturing a greater number of bacterial, virus, and DNA damaging particulates

Climate control refers to the control of temperature and relative humidity in buildings, vehicles and other enclosed spaces for the purpose of providing for human comfort, health and safety, and of meeting environmental requirements of machines, sensitive materials and technical processes.

Indoor relative humidities should be kept above 30% to reduce the likelihood of the occupant’s nasal passages drying out. Humans can be comfortable within a wide range of humidities depending on the temperature—from thirty to seventy percent, but ideally between 50% and 60%. Very low humidity can create discomfort, respiratory problems, and aggravate allergies in some individuals. In the winter, it is advisable to maintain relative humidity at 30 percent or above. Extremely low (below 20%) relative humidities may also cause eye irritation.

In hot, humid climates, unconditioned ventilation air will deliver approximately one pound of water each day for each cfm of outdoor air per day, annual average. This is a great deal of moisture, and it can create serious indoor moisture and mold problems. Ventilation efficiency is determined by design and layout, and is dependent upon placement and proximity of diffusers and return air outlets. If they are located closely together, supply air may mix with stale air, decreasing efficiency of the HVAC system, and creating air quality problems

System imbalances occur when components of the HVAC system are improperly adjusted or installed, and can create pressure differences (too much circulating air creating a draft or too little circulating air creating stagnancy).

Cross-contamination occurs when pressure differences arise, forcing potentially contaminated air from one zone to an uncontaminated zone. This often involves undesired odors or VOCs.

There are several options available on the market for filtering your water. We offer Options that include under counter water filtration systems, countertop water filtration, pitcher water filtration and faucet attachments.

Point-of-use (POU) systems treat the water where you drink or use your water, and include water pitchers, faucet filters and reverse osmosis (RO) systems. Reverse osmosis systems are the only NSF certified systems that reduce fluoride and nitrate; and Reverse Osmosis systems are the only ones that are NSF certified to reduce both lead and copper.

Point-of-entry (POE) systems treat the water as it enters a residence. They are usually installed near the water meter (municipal) or pressurized storage tank (well water). Whole-house treatment systems include UV microbiological systems, water softeners or whole-house filters for chlorine, taste, odor and particulates
